ADOPTION FEES
Along with daily care costs, the adoption fees help It Takes a Village Dog Rescue cover vaccination and medical costs for the pets.
Why Do Rescues Have Adoption Fees?
Adoption Fees:
Fees for dogs with special needs and bonded pairs will be determined based upon circumstances and may result in a fee reduction.
$850.00 - Puppies under 1 year
$750.00 - Dogs over 1 year
$300.00 - Medium & Small Breed Dogs 10+ years
$300.00 - Large Breed Dogs 8+ years
Adoption Inclusions:
Along with daily care costs, the adoption fees help It Takes A Village Dog Rescue cover vaccination and medical costs for the dogs. At adoption, dogs will be current on their vaccines for their age and will have the following if they are over 6 months of age:
> Rabies
> Distemper (DHLPP)
> Altered - Females spayed / males neutered
> Micro-chipped
Puppies adopted under 6 months of age will have their age appropriate vaccines, and spay/neuter and microchipping will be done at 6 months of age with a contract amendment, and is covered by the rescue.
